I honestly think it has to do with how modern medicine has changed the human need for high sperm counts and increased fertility amongst women. When you enable people that have fertility issues to successfully breed, they will pass on their fertility issues. It’s just how evolution and genetics work.

That may be a factor, but the drop in testosterone has been too rapid for the process you describe to be the main driver. There's something else that's causing T levels to drop this rapidly.

I think it has to do with behavior and culture too.

When you compete and succeed your brain rewards you with testosterone, if you fail or don't compete your T levels drop. Works like this in most mammals I think. You can't have the entire pack be alpha males, so nature divides them into groups. Higher test gives more muscle and less fat, this means you need more resources. Lower test is less muscle and more fat, you need less resources.

Most of it probably has to do with Diet and Exercise. Eat real food and lift weights.
