Some scientists believe the initial COVID-19 outbreak was real, but has since degraded into a "casedemic" due to excessive testing and false positives.
Most people, I would say, are incorrectly assuming that a "case" is a "sick person", but the reality is that the definition of a case is simply a "positive PCR test", which completely ignores the possibility of false positives.
The probability of true positives, which is called the "positive predictive value", goes down when the "disease prevalence" (what percentage of the population is actually sick) goes down.
"Case" should be someone who develops symptoms, sees a physician and receives treatment. If every time someone sneezes and decides to get some sort of test so it's called it a "case," we would have perpetual "pandemics."
The other problem is the Karens/propaganda media began equating "cases" with deaths and the "Access Hollywood" crowd naturally never made the distinction.
Exactly. I see people all the time assuming that anyone who gets Covid is going to end up dead simply because they tested positive for it. Hence, the need to social distance wear masks, etc. in their mind because they don’t want to die.
Absolutely right, and, as the inventor of the PCR test has pointed out, they had the tests ramped up to intentionally yield a shitload of false positives.
Then, after Joepedo was installed, they suddenly ratcheted the test way down.
He also said that PCR "is just a process" and "doesn't tell you that you're sick"... In other words, you can't use it as a diagnostic tool... and yet governments are using it for just that.
That was the revised standard by the WHO the day after Biden was sworn in, that a “case” was no longer a positive test, that it was a clinical diagnosis WITH a positive test. That’s why the case numbers have cratered since Biden’s swearing in.
well they couldn't really report on the deaths as they were in freefall and that wouldn't be prolonging the pain of lockdowns so they had to pivot to cases, and keep up the notion of "we aren't out of the woods yet"...pure goalpost moving. They want irreparable damage done to our economy so either China makes us their bitch or we collapse into Socialism. Or both.
It was class warfare. The rich got richer, their praetorian guard of government employees and teachers continued to get paid, and everyone else suffered because we weren't deemed "essential".
Correction, CNN went from having a Covid death tracker to having a Covid vax jab tracker. Like probably immediately after the fraud inauguration, but since I don't watch CNN, I can't be certain.
Hate to disagree with you, but communism has been tested many times and found quite effective as a cure for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Side effects include millions of dead citizens.
The flu's I've had were much worse than CV. I had about 8 hours of mild fever, very mild dry cough, loss of taste and smell, then a week or so of mild nasal/cold symptoms. Actually feeling like I had something resembling a flu only lasted for a couple days. After that, I was back exercising and doing my normal routine. Also tested positive for it and that was it. I'm in the "higher" risk category and knocked it out like any other mild virus with healthy living and my own immune system.
It’s almost like the people who we’re going to have the most severe, possibly fatal reactions to it while it was spreading like wildfire early last year got it and either got really sick or died in the rest of us just brushed it off.
It was fearmongering and corruption from day one.i still have trouble believing so many people are such maleducated dumbasses the not only fell for it but still fall for it
sure I could buy that. And maybe the first month you could get away with the "it's something new, we are just being cautious" kind of angle, but after that, there's no need to keep lockdowns, limiting gatherings, telling people to "stay home" and mandating masks. Mandating masks was never a good idea, ever. But if you don't know what you're dealing with after a month, even if you're not quite sure how to bring it under some kind of control, then WTF. It shouldn't matter how "full" the hospitals are. That's insignificant. Most of those people shouldn't have been in the hospital in the first place. Putting them in ICU and intubating them was what killed them. The ventilators actually killed some people because of the incompetence of doctors or they being pressured to do it knowing it was the wrong course of treatment.
Hospitals regularly run at 98% percent capacity (and beyond), just like almost everything else in a free market economy (‘just in time delivery’ drastically reduces overhead costs and waste, and increases profits and flexibility, at some risk of fragility).
This entirely normal flu season occurrence was breathlessly reported as some absolute proof of epidemic emergency even as the tests (“cases”) spiked because hospitals were opening up for business again and testing every patient (with a test that tends to generate false positives.)
Then many hospitals had so few CCP Virus cases that they decided to quarantine the ones the had into their surgery recovery wards, and that too was reported as though it meant overflowing hospitals, along with the scary-sounding news that these wards were almost full (which was largely by design).
Hospital administrators are among the MOST GUILTY for spreading this panic, because not only did they have the expertise and knowledge to separate fact from fiction, but the platform and professional responsibility to do so.
Their conformist cowardace is a discrace to the medical profession and will incur the healthcare industry a huge cost from loss of patient and public trust — both vital to maintaining its profits and status.

Almost by magic one day the media went from daily reporting of 'covid' deaths to instead talking about covid cases.
How this didn't get any neurons firing among consumers of the msm I'll never understand.

This ‘pede stats

With every other disease, this is the case. Flu cases are people with symptoms, not healthy people who popped on a test.

I'll just let the inventor of the PCR test speak:
https://www.bitchute.com/video/3a7VdwjsNb7Z/
BTW He died in the summer of 2019.
There are no coincidences .
... died of a lung infection.

Normies are retarded. That is all.
Spitting facts like a boss my Pede!!!

It really revved mine, these people are morons and I'm still fired up.
That's exactly what this is. Covid 19 died out last summer. It's been nothing but fear mongering since then.
Can't force an untested experimental treatment on the population if they're not scared.
Hate to disagree with you, but communism has been tested many times and found quite effective as a cure for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Side effects include millions of dead citizens.
I see what you did there, and it's a valid point.
It’s just the flu. I had it, supposedly.
It is literally just a mild flu. One day of mild fever and fatigue, two weeks of lingering minor congestion, just like every flu I’ve ever had.
I’ve had people tell me that “it’s unlike any flu I’ve ever had”. Then I ask what the symptoms were and they are exactly as you described. Lol
The flu's I've had were much worse than CV. I had about 8 hours of mild fever, very mild dry cough, loss of taste and smell, then a week or so of mild nasal/cold symptoms. And the loss of smell is not unique to the flu. This is a phenomenon of ignorance. People are all forgetting this!
It’s almost like the people who we’re going to have the most severe, possibly fatal reactions to it while it was spreading like wildfire early last year got it and either got really sick or died in the rest of us just brushed it off.
We need to get the word out that people can take off their masks.

Anyone who is practicing science sees that, and the rest of us see it as a intentional scam
Excessive testing and "tuning" the threshold to get the numbers they want.
