There was no attack, so "prepared" for what?

attended training sessions

Not a crime

recruited others

Not a crime

They donned tactical vests and helmets

Not a crime

moved in an organized military fashion

Not a crime

they advanced on the Capitol

Not a crime

communicated with one another

Not a crime

This is all SOP for the DS. They play for keeps--we have no police, no lawyers, no justice system, no judges, no Congress, no President, and no Constitutional rights; no legal recourse.
