No, I'm pretty sure a lot of enlisted folks are going to be fired/ criminal charges will be filed Officers will not be touched.

As a former Air Force avionics tech, this is the most likely outcome of this situation.

There will be a medley of E4s and below (maybe even an E5) that are gonna have the book thrown at them after internal investigations conclude this is a maintenance mishap after the brass was fucking around and ignoring the laws of aerodynamics to impress his butterbar buddies. "Failure to follow technical data" is practically a blanket punishment for this kind of shit.
