The truckers/thieves are/were Kurds (aka White Helmets, Syria Freedom Fighters) who sell to Israel and Turkey from what I have read elsewhere.
US press refers to them as "ISIS." Don't think they are, do think that the US doesn't want to take on Russia. Russia may be out of patience.
