And when he had a stroke, all his attendies / generals were like, are you gonna call a doctor? He didn't ask us to call a doctor.. well maybe we should just wait and see what happens.. if he does ask, send for the doctor. (Meanwhile he's drooling on the floor.... they basically just watched him die over the folllowing hours)
