This morning, I read a story from Politico wherein they said there is some new site for "white nationalists mingle with Chinese dissidents". Anyone with sense God gave a goose would immediately question such a claim. It doesn't even make sense. I've never heard of that app until that article, but I'll speculate that these are not "white nationalists", but more likely "anti-globalists" who agree with those "Chinese dissidents" on certain topics -- whatever they are. I did not have to get past they opening line to doubt the entirety of the article. Nonetheless, I kept reading.

I guess I should not be surprised that they go on to say that here on this site, "far-right rioters planned some of their attacks during the Jan. 6 riot". As one who frequently drops by, I can say without any hesitation that I never saw any such planning. How can they make such libelous claims and get by with it all the time?

I do not consider myself as "far right" and I know many others here are like me -- more "middle of the road". In fact, I'm pretty socially liberal, but fiscally conservative. Many have shared a similar viewpoint here. Some are definitely more conservative and some are even more liberal. The one common thread seems to be a love for country and support for Trump.

They also took a jab at Gab. I have an account there, too. I think I've come across two people I'd classify as a racist. The vast majority I have interacted with seem like good people. Yet, their claim is Gab is "primarily known for hosting white supremacists and other racist material." Maybe that is how they primarily know Gab, but that is most definitely not how I primarily know Gab, nor is it primarily the kind of content on Gab. In fact, I've seen far more racist material on Twitter than I have Gab.

So where do these people come up with this bullshit? And why?

Politico wants to be part of the Main Stream Media. To do so means creating and spreading the far left narrative on a daily basis. When accepted into the club, they are praised, used as a source, raise advertising rates, get awards from the other lying lunatic "journalists" and go to be best parties. Not to mention protection from the concocted "fact check sites".
