The Judge above him has probably announced that this judge is going to be overridden. Then this will be tied up in courts for almost four years, Trump will win and the Supreme Court will say, see, its moot.
That's what I'm afraid of, if we ever get a judge to take the ELECTION fraud case, it'll just be stalled until '24, or whenever the dems California-ize the elections and then it'll all be too late.
