Nope, this is being done now specifically because it will have no consequences. The election can't be overturned, so who cares if there are audits or some of the bullshit rules that they made to steal 2020 are considered illegal? Unless some of these people face some sort of penalty by the courts, this is essentially pointless.
This is not pointless. Firstly, we are in unchartered territory, so we don't know what will happen if the states' election tallies start to fall. Someone who wins an election through fraud has no right to hold office.
We do know that though. Trump isn't going to be declared president and assume office unless he runs in 2024 and win again.
Not to mention that this very court case has basically said it was illegal for the SoS to change the rules but did absolutely nothing to mitigate it. This case was file in October 2020. The judge ruled on this case now knowing that it has no impact. He didn't give any remedy for the illegal rule change, no penalty for the SoS and didn't allow re-examination of ballots for signature verification. If this isn't pointless, then I don't know what is.
