Leftist ideology requires you to depend upon other people & collectivism in order to succeed. Right-wing ideology, by contrast, is based more around principles of individuality & self-reliance. It’s inherently more difficult to be right-wing, although it is generally more personally satisfying.
The weakest people in society, the fatties, soylent, the mentally ill, weak-minded women, etc. flock to collectivist leftism because they believe that they need others to be successful. At the same time they resent those who are stronger than them (mentally and physically) because it reminds them of their own inadequacies.
