Documenting media retractions in a solid format with continuity in book form would be great. If you also mixed in some popular memes related to the news/retractions it could be both amusing and informative.

I think we can establish laws that require media outlets to post or broadcast their retractions in a way that they would be seen, without infringing on the freedom of the press.

Hrm. A law of visible retractions would be interesting.

Perhaps require that all retractions be front page news, in a dedicated section? That could work for both print and electronic media.
