The Judicial System is forever failed. Need to shut it down and have military courts for 6 months while all the lawyers and Judges get recertified under Constitutional Law. Also if a judge's verdict on a lower court is found to be overturned due to not following the constitution or the written law the judge is fired, no pension, and not allowed to be a judge ever again. Judges have no risk to follow the law and need to be holden to the constitution and what the ACTUAL LAW SAYS.
