Of course it did, it's not any sort of "BOMBSHELL". Everyone knew facebook was in there with private agreements to get mail in drop boxes and registrations all over Atlanta, Philly, and Detroit. They poured money into groups and activists from out of state, particularly in the Georgia races, targeting black areas.
