Facebook tied the voter databases in the states to their backend to register Facebook accounts to vote. Those ballots were created using Facebook accounts. Facebook is a better census than the census, especially if you need people who would never register and actually go vote. Those stories of people showing up saying they already voted was because they did. Facebook "registered" them and election officials voted for them.
