We know that's what they targetted, yes. Funding went to Dem counties over Repubs in the ZuckaBuck programs, for instance. And clearly they've been censoring "conservatives" for a long time now. When they're pushing for new voter registration, they're getting info from young people, likely also minority people. And I'll bet that info is even used in the fraud schemes, so that those that do not actually show up to vote, they use their info and fake their vote. And then it's an invincible fraud vote, since it's a new minority Democrat registration (which nobody would ever examine close enough, let alone toss if demonstrated to have been used for fraud), and they have all the correct info on hand (since they're Facebook).
