Stated because its an old-school vaccine, not mrna gene therapy that its basically ok, even if its supposedly "not as effective". Anyone have sauce on this?
Its a viral vector vaccine. My understanding is it skips the step of the mRNA programming the cell to create the antigen. once the spike proteins attaches itself to the cell, that's when it replicates.
