Those are three different words for the same thing: government. (Same for socialism, communism, etc.)
It doesn't matter in whose name a government initiates aggression, the aggression itself is evil.
they will do what they did here in Australia, you can have solar and wind generation on your house but it has to be tied into the grid, for use as supplementary only, if they shut the grid down you get no electricity just like anyone else
the only stand alone systems slowed are if you live in such a remote area that there is no grid
