Democracy is a whole lotta boots and a whole lotta necks. I think we'll all do better keeping to ourselves, and de-linking our collective neckboot circles, as all of us naturally prefer (except for the one group who keeps to themselves while trying to mix up everyone else). Racial conflict is perennial and perpetual in ANY multiethnic society. But as They say, "when the cat and dog fight, the mouse is safe."

So, who is the cowardly mouse that only feels safe while the cat and dog fight, and goads them on constantly?
