But this demonstrates the news these days. They write a crazy headline to get people up in arms and then the actual article has nothing to do with it. Like yesterday CNN wrote an article saying "Man arrested for assaulting the policeman that later died on Jan 6" And in the 2 paragraph article it said - it was not proven that someone actually hit him with a fire extinguisher and prosecution says that someone assaulted him. Story developing........
You all may be 100% correct in your analysis, but there is no denying MASKS have become the Star of David for conservatives. We refuse to be tagged, therefore we are tagged. Masked people driving alone in their cars are virtual signaling other Liberals they are ok. Meanwhile we resist, and to what end? What are you going to do when resistance no longer works?
" they had a shared custody agreement where the child split times between the home equally. "
"the father used the notice about the mask situation to request an emergency hearing for full custody — which Justice Matthew F. Cooper granted after berating the already emotionally devastated mother."
"On Tuesday, Dr. Epstein (mother) was not permitted to see, or even speak to, her daughter — even though it was her sixth birthday. To get two supervised visits with her daughter per week, she will need to wear a mask inside her own home."
Once again, if you read the article, the headline is accurate. The judge changed the custody agreement because of the mask issue.
From the cases I have seen brought up, it does seem that the father is often overlooked for custody and the mother assumed to be the better caregiver.
It wasn't the father getting custody - it was that the judge used the mask wearing as the issue to change from joint custody to removing the mother's custody.
I haven't seen any other sources on this story (they all link back to GWP). From the scant information presented in the article, the mask was, at the very least - the straw that broke the camel's back for the judge.
This isn't the first, second or even third such case. They are becoming more common
Well that is good to hear fuck these headlines. I'm at work so couldn't bother to read

Drive-by headlines for low information masses is the way of the press

This is our news without Trump.... I bet Fox finally got some viewers for once.
Nope, not me. Boycott FOX, FOX cant be FIXED.
Headline is accurate -

That's one politically connected father.
Even more so to be penis equipped in ny and win.court in that state is blatantly anti father.
The school also inserted themselves into it by sending letters.
The headline fails to mention that the father received custody. I thought from reading it that the state took the child.
A father taking care of his own daughter is not outrageous to me.

Tomaytoes, tomatoes.
I'm talking about the one here on patriots that says it was because of her mask lol
