There may be more to the story, I agree. But the story is still about a parent having their child taken away because that parent didn’t comply with a ridiculous mask mandate. The father being the one who ratted the mother out to a commie judge for not wearing a mask outdoors.

It's a dumb situation from what I can read, but the issues here are between the mother and the father. The state didn't take the children away from them, it's just a tool for them to use against each other as they lash out in hatred. The real problem is their hatred for one another.
Why did the mother choose such a weak beta male as a father? The government didn't make her do it. Why didn't she just stay married to him and try to work it out? The government didn't do anything there either. The whole idea of having legally mandated time to "share" your child is idiotic to me. Are you so petty you can't work out the details yourselves? Of course if you weren't, you wouldn't get a divorce in the first place.
It's a total mess, I just don't see how the government is to blame in this situation. They created it for themselves.
