Family Court in NYC sides with the father? There's got to be more to this than what she's letting on, because I have personally seen the family courts award sole custody to a woman that was on meth and unemployed over a father who was a damn fine man, but working a low-paying job.
Apparently the court felt that an unemployed meth-head woman would be a fine mother as long as she got half of what little the father earned, but giving the child to the father so she can benefit from ALL that he earned was unconscionable.

Probably not much more at all. You did see the 65 year old woman taken to the ground by police for not wearing a mask while trying to close her bank account didn't you? The Mask Police are just as vehement as Orange Man Bad Police.

“She’s one of those anti-mask people and she’s got the audacity to post that on social media," the judge said. "She’s going to wear a mask. If she doesn’t, time-sharing is not going to happen.”
Cohen’s pointed criticism came in an online hearing Sept. 8 and prompted Joseph’s attorney, Meaghan Marro, to ask him to remove himself from the case, which has dragged on for 13 years (the child at the heart of it is 14). Cohen declined.
The situation was far more retarded than the headline implies.They tried to force a mask on her as she was getting in her car to leave, and the judge now wants her to wear it permanently.
Also, the mother doesn't even want her child to be going to that elitist bullshit school but is forced to pay for it. (yes I know a lot of fathers had been in the same shitty situation)

Yup, it's funny people are defending her, given how shitty courts are to men. Hell, he may not even have cared about the mask, but used against her anyways. And if so, good for him. Women have literally accused ex-husbands of abusing their kids just to get full custody; turn about is fair play bitches.
