Women frequently seem to have daddy issues. It is a rather curious quirk of human females. This is one of the reasons why I've long held that fathers are actually the most important parent in raising early adolescents and forward, and how they are raised. A good father is in my view always the bedrock of the family.
Just for anybody in this thread who has shitty taste in television shows and thinks this is real, no, Ellen Page is not John Dunsworth's daughter. But fellow castmember Sarah is. And Sarah is still 100% woman.
It's a great show! The only thing that made it shitty was Tom Arnold in the 11th season.
