Anyone know what my best options are or what I should do next besides look for another job obviously? I have it in my termination letter the exact reason stating me not getting a test. Virginia is my state.

On what grounds is the main thing. I have him for shorting my hours and consulted a lawyer but its too minimal for him to take the case as I can get the Federal Gov to handle my hours he said.

Don’t worry about if you have a case. Get a lawyer. They’ll send a letter on your behalf and they probably settle.

Wrongful termination. Look for a job. Have old employer pay for lost wages (time between jobs, lower wages in new job if applicable) and attorney fees. We need these suits to stop this shit, so don't let us down.

Just get free consultations. I had to go through five firms to get one that was willing to take a case on unpaid wages because they cucked out at the mention of the other things.

Or your state. Look for something like a wage and labor board.
