Anyone know what my best options are or what I should do next besides look for another job obviously? I have it in my termination letter the exact reason stating me not getting a test. Virginia is my state.

I rather not say but it was a local mom and pop shop with less than 5 employees.
I’ve been researching this, since I think I’ll be up on the chopping block soon too.
At less than five employees, I’m not sure you’re going to have much luck honestly.. small businesses are treated much much looser than ones with more employees.
Probably scared as hell to have everyone out sick and to lose their family business. Bonus terror points if they were in the food industry.
