Anyone know what my best options are or what I should do next besides look for another job obviously? I have it in my termination letter the exact reason stating me not getting a test. Virginia is my state.

Just get a new job first and then sue. Doesn't sound like it was a great gig so let the baby have his bottle.
Firing you for not getting a medical exam that wasn't covered is probably grounds for some grievance at least with your state's labor commission but yeah you're probably not going to get your money and time's worth if you really lean into this.
