Anyone know what my best options are or what I should do next besides look for another job obviously? I have it in my termination letter the exact reason stating me not getting a test. Virginia is my state.

If you don’t have an attorney within the next week, File a claim with the EEOC! (You only have 30 days after termination).
You’ll have to be specific in the filing, but they have to prove why the COVID test was required and that they did not discriminate based on such COVID.
