Lucky, I've been trying to get fired from my job and I live in California.
It's the funniest shit. I'm not wearing a mask. Or getting tested. They keep telling me I have to wear a mask I say I'm not. And at the same time they are conflicted because I have a decent work ethic probably the best there.
Lol I wish you luck, I refused to wear a mask too. I literally carried half of the team at work and created and built a successful department. Even my termination letter acknowledges it, thanks for being forced to give credit where credit is due and thanks for wrongfully terminating me. It took my boss showing up to my house unannounced during my quarantine and me opening the door like WTF for him to fire me the next day during my quarantine lmao. CA is an 'at will' state...they can fire you for any reason they want.
Not ANY reason, and medical privacy is real. Right to work does have some safe guards but very few.
