Anyone know what my best options are or what I should do next besides look for another job obviously? I have it in my termination letter the exact reason stating me not getting a test. Virginia is my state.

First apply for unemployment tomorrow! Your place of work can deny it but you then can fight them and win especially if they have never required you to get flu shots hep B shots etc in the past! Then get a lawyer n sue!
How can he deny it. On what precedent? He can’t be like yea I forced him to get a medical procedure and fired him since he didn’t because then he’s admitting guilt haha. He is pretty much fucked?
