Anyone know what my best options are or what I should do next besides look for another job obviously? I have it in my termination letter the exact reason stating me not getting a test. Virginia is my state.

According to federal law, none of us can be mandated to take a vaccine that has NOT had proper clinical trials. NONE of these vaccines ever had them.
