Anyone know what my best options are or what I should do next besides look for another job obviously? I have it in my termination letter the exact reason stating me not getting a test. Virginia is my state.

Yea but he agreed to keep paying me for my time off so he is still liable under FFRCA to follow all mandates meaning he can’t fire me like he did.
