Anyone know what my best options are or what I should do next besides look for another job obviously? I have it in my termination letter the exact reason stating me not getting a test. Virginia is my state.

Get a copy of your employee handbook and any other relevant documents ASAP. This requirement must be spelled out and acknowledged before hand.
Knowing what you're job is would be helpful though. If Healthcare its complicated otherwise you cannot be forced to be a Guinea pig.
Get a. Attorney ASAP & Put notice out asking for anyone else in the same situation.
