Heres a very quick and tin-foil-ee sounding explanation:

It's all predicated with some very intelligent control freaks.

They want total world control/domination. One world government. To get there they need to break up peoples' individuality - racial, ethnic, ect..

They need one common culture; one common ethnicity; one common language; one common system, ect in place before they can make the last move to have one common government.

Your are witnessing the first steps of the global move with mass movements & mixing of ethnicities. It's a global effort that will take many more generations to put in place..
