Its actually C. L. “Butch” Otter, his real name is Clement Leroy Otter. I knew his mother and sister, they went to my church in Nampa. Butch lived on his ranch in Star and went to the only Catholic Church in Meridian.

I think his mom passed away a few years ago, she was a really sweet lady. Everyone knew her and nobody ever gave her shit because her son was the governor. Nobody ever really talked about politics like that and harassed politicians family members like they do in other states. I am seriously considering moving back to Idaho especially since the legislature is considering a ban on mask mandates!
