So as my post says I contracted covid. The other people in my house are stronger symptoms than I have but I think there's a health difference between us and I think I got less exposure.

I'm curious what other people who had it experienced and how long till they were good to go

I have not gotten it but the people I know who have gotten it basically described mild to bad cold symptoms. The common symptoms seems to be loss of taste.

Take vitamin D, C, zinc, quercetin, NAC, sleep and eat healthy, with as little processed sugar intake as possible. Get fresh air and sun.

Order some ivermectin in case your symptoms get worse. It is administered by body weight.

My wife and I got it, half her coworkers, my father and grandfather. We all lived, even the lady a work that's diabetic and HAD cancer.....lived. my wife still can't smell tho. Sucked for a week and it was hard for me to get back to manual labor, my lungs had some difficulty.

Had it last year. Sucked for about 3 days (body aches, coughing, congestion, fatigue ) no fever. Then felt better and had congestion for a week. Children in home had no symptoms. Spouse same symptoms without body aches.

"Tested" "positive"

Had some sniffles. That's it.

My lady lost her sense of taste and smell for a few days. That was it.

I've had allergies that have put me on my ass.

Beep boop, life goes on.

We're also fit and healthy, active, and eat well.

Had it...took high dose vitamin c (500-1000 mg) every couple of hours, high dose melatonin, andographis, vit d, propolis spray for the throat, and a steam pot inhaling propolis to take care of the cough. Those all support your immune system and inhibit viral replication (many of the protocols were tested specifically with SARS). Was 100% better in about a week (mostly was just tired and had a nagging cough)...girlfriend started those supplements immediately and had exactly 1 day of mild symptoms, so I believe sooner you do it less the symptoms progress. My understanding is the new strains have become naturally less virulent, and its not much of a concern unless it moves deeper into the lungs and develop a bad cough. It’s obviously way overhyped.
