Option One:

Joe Biden went out and talked to reporters completely unfettered and without his caretakers by his side.

Or

Option Two:

They used screen manipulation to assuage an already wary public into believing that this is a totally normal presidency with a president that can actually speak to reporters.

I know which one I believe.
