I think biden was really there. I think the microphones were the greenscreened element. Biden was shuffling over to his handlers who told him to ask what time lunch or some shit was, then told him to shuffle off to his right where the jello was waiting. then they added in the mics, the dialog, and the ambient noise.
And fucked it all up, as well.
EDIT: Marine One's rotors aren't moving at all... that's a lotta noise for a helicopter that isn't doing anything.

The engine can run without turning the rotors.
But clearly that fuzzy mic is faked. Not sure how much of the rest is faked too.
