He’s there. The mics were hilariously added trying to make it look like he’s in front of press answering questions.

Sorry, but how does that make sense? If the mics were shopped in, then it would take much more effort to edit the video to have Biden's hands go over the mics. If they were just layering mics on top of the footage, his hands would go behind it with no added effort. Am I missing something?
