You believe he used a green screen to pretend press was there (a press he has in his pocket anyway) such that the big lav mic appears behind his hand as you noted and in front of his right hand (at about 25 to 26 seconds). This would require rotoscoping. And the small mic is both in front of him and behind is hand at various times.
And he did all this despite owning the press and instead of just having some interns pretend to be press off camera?
