Which makes me wonder, how was this released, by the WH themselves? Who from what network or publication was supposedly the interviewer?
I remember reading years ago about how some people have said that there was actually a much larger slave revolt with John Brown at Harpers Ferry, with much larger numbers and that the story was buried/changed under the watchful eye of the feds. I always passed that off as some sort of wishful thinking/romanticized alternate history but now I would not be the least bit surprised if it turns out they almost immediately rewrote history in regards to how many people were actually there, and the level of severity of the event
