The only other teacher who handles exclusively American History is also a huge Trump supporter so at least our graduating class for a few semesters will graduate knowing real history

I was playing an online game the other today and matched with a couple 17 year olds. They were talking about how they're voting Trump in the next election in voice chat. Without any input from me. I don't think they realized we were in voice chat together. Nothing kids like to do more than rebel against authority and the authority are the left wing teachers.
That's true. The diverse parents who have permanent paid free-time are the worse. But if the principal likes them, they'll just get a pro forma meeting with the principal. I have family in education.
No, there are intelligent students. Just encourage them. And combine charm with forcefulness with the other teachers. Schools can be catty, but he'll survive.
