I feel like they fired prematurely. If he felt like he was going to be run over, he should have focused on evading the car. And they could have blocked him in better 🙄

What about his partners that might get run over as he passes by?
They should have done better job cutting off all prospects of escape. Block him in better and they avoid killing him.
