It's the fact they use that claim as "proof" that he isn't even president and that the "good guys" are now the shadow government running everything at the hands of the military and everyone will be arrested "soon."

The other angle is worse, the light grey boom is too far away for bidens hand to be infront of it, which it clearly is in the other angle.
