Looks like someone did some 1/2 editing funny business to me. They show up in front of his stomach but behind his hands when they're clearly a lot closer than he is. I would be interested to know if this aired on a network this way or if someone just downloaded the video, did some goofing around with 30 or 40 frames then uploaded it. It's sure getting a lot of discussion on here today but I don't know what the big scandal could be to someone playing around in Sony Vegas
You can see the same thing from the CSPAN clip and unless they edited it I have no idea how this is happening.
