I did running errands. Had to go back to the store. The one was still there by the water sub station. I didnt really eyeball. It did Not heve the county decal. I did not even try to see the plate as I was running for the disabled lady I do care take work for.

The weird part is. The same FLEX rolled down the street & driver flipped me off through the tinted window. It was early enough in the morning I saw his silhouette through the window. I dont know these ppl I didn't cut him off in traffic & didnt whip out my phone trying to take a pic. Just running errands. Fucking weird.
