1. Myanmar military is a China puppet. This junta is the military.
2. China has a big fat oil pipeline running through the country, and really really wants to have a port on the Indian ocean, so their Navy doesn't get bottlenecked at the straights of Malacca
3. Yes, Soros is supporting the opposition right now. But that doesn't mean the opposition is right or wrong.
4. In this conflict and all future conflicts in this age, false flags abound. In this case, the junta probably wants to enflame Chinese public opinion to give China cover to send troops to "protect the factories"
5. This is all more complicated than it looks on the surface. Be careful before picking sides.
