Christianity also insists upon self-accountability. Another thing that burns to the touch for Leftists. They insist on "open-mindedness" but all that really is, is demanding that you never feel resolved about your values. You aren't allowed to say, "X is bad. Y is good." You always have to stay "open-minded".

A good statement. However, I would swap "open minded" with "weak minded". An open-minded person will consider most points of view, then either accept them if they have merit, or reject them if they don't. A weak-mined person will accept whatever point of view is given to them, whether is has merit, or not.

No, I stick by open-minded because the first thing you get when you say, "X is bad." is someone saying, "Ugh, why aren't you more open-minded about things!"

A weak-minded person never works up the gumption to make the initial statement, kind of like you mentioned in the last sentence.
