I wouldn’t even have a problem with that, but I would add that you have to be a landowner- have a homestead and line of work. I would even go so far as to add military and government service for x amount of time. (2 years and 2 years)
If the government is to be its people, and the vote is to mean anything- people have to be a part of it to make it better. Voting should be a privilege you receive for being a productive member of society.
totally agree maybe not the land owner as in england the more land the more important the vote led to a unstoppable ruler class 1800s england was a shithole for anyone poor
I’m not 100% for it, but I do think many things like this should be discussed when a new government is built- if that was to ever happen (which I don’t see).
People are not going to stand up and fight back until they have nothing left to lose. That’s a lot of the reason why we’re in the spot we’re in now..... that slow boil of the frog.
