The city of Columbia, SC has reextended their masks ordinance, as the title states. They're getting slammed right now, and have been--Rickenmann even tried to compromise for a shorter ordinance, since he's too spineless to actually say no to anyone.

Yep. However, they three up for reelection keep putting on a show where they oppose bad policies, and making sure to let us know explicitly they're not thinking about re-election when they do!

Computer voting is essentially faith based voting....it's too ridiculous...the fact that we've been using these computers to count our votes now for twenty years is the reason why there are so many wack jobs in congress....still...everyone just ignores the elephant in the room....if it's a computer...then it can be hacked and probably has been....

He's been putting up a fuss and talking about doing the right thing instead of worrying about reelection way too often for it not to be be weighing in on his mind. Why not ask him why? He starts hemming and hawing if you ask why he changed his stance on it when he thought COVID restrictions were unconstitutional.
Ignore the mandates, if you are fined, ignore the fine. If they try to arrest you, let them feel the full brunt of optics of arresting someone for not wearing a mask in based and red SC.
