Yes-ish. When you want to enjoy the Pinnacle of an organized Society, you need educated humans that aren't just useless eaters. These people are more likely to notice the inequity of their situation, and must be given a distraction. Upping the number of useless eaters causes that distraction, and puts us in a position of fighting the poor or helping the poor rather than destroying the rich. But overall, I agree
