No it doesn't. It's the reverse of those things. You see, Diversity forces those that COULD bring smarts, creativity, innovation to the table and tells them "Sorry, you're white. We have enough of your kind. We need a black guy who doesn't have a degree and we're not going to be allowed to fire them no matter how shitty they are because we'll be racists."
It's not about picking the guy that's right for the job. It's about filling quota's so they don't get sued or lose federal funding.
